Nelliano provides property maintenance, cleaning, outdoor care, rubbish removal, renovation assistance, and VIP services throughout Auckland. Services are delivered based on the scope agreed at the time of booking or quotation.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Prices may vary if additional work is required or if unforeseen conditions arise.

• Quotes are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise.

• Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

• Bookings are subject to availability.

• While we aim to meet scheduled times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We will communicate promptly if changes are necessary.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee for scheduled or confirmed services.

• Nelliano reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide clear and safe access to the property

• Ensure required utilities (water, electricity) are available

• Secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items

• Inform us of any hazards or special requirements

We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or undisclosed conditions.

6. Health & Safety

• Safety is a priority in all our work.

• Our team may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

• Clients must ensure the property meets basic safety standards.

7. Damage & Liability

• Care is taken to protect your property at all times.

• Any damage caused by our team must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by faulty materials or structures.

8. Payments

• Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking or invoicing.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

• Deposits or advance payments may be required for larger projects or VIP services.

9. Rubbish & Waste Removal

• Waste is disposed of responsibly and in accordance with local regulations.

• Hazardous materials must be declared in advance and may not be accepted.

10. VIP Services

VIP Services are tailored and may involve specialist care, discretion, and premium materials. Additional terms may apply and will be discussed prior to service confirmation.
